- 201 W. Marshall Street Richmond, Virginia completed 1913 37º32'53" N, 77º26'37" W This building was designed by the locally prominent architectural firm Carneal & Johnston for the Richmond Dairy Company, which operated there from 1913 until they went out of business in 1970. In the 1980s the building housed artist's studios but at other times was vacant and increasingly dilapidated. By 2001 the building had been renovated to be the Richmond Dairy apartments. One stray source states the building was completed in 1914.
