- 4015 MacArthur Avenue Richmond, Virginia 37º35'21" N, 77º27'29" W This coffee shop was founded in 2002, and changed ownership in 2013 (which ownership was converted to a partnership in 2017). The coffee shop is surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood business district that dates to the 1930s, and which once included gas stations, two movie theaters, and grocery markets. MacArthur Avenue was first named Arlington, then Rappahannock, and finally after World War II was given its present name. The 1930 city directory listing for the street is "Rappahannock (formerly Arlington)" but there are no houses or businesses listed. The 1931 directory reads exactly the same but now there are two businesses: Frank C Hutson, grocery, at 4012, and Bellevue Miniature Golf Course, given without a house number. The first city directory to include the street address 4015 is the 1938 edition.
