Third time's the charm. 1952 Sanborn shows this building as a one story brick building, with "raised sidelights" running along the middle, and a 2 story office at the south end of the building. Monroe Building visible on the right, top of Main Street station visible on the left.

Building was torn down sometime between 2004 and 2005, while the northern building remained until at least 2012. The land is currently used as parking for MCV.
