Description:: Fox Farm, located at 2221 Grove Avenue in the Fan District, was purchased by the Gillettes on August 15, 1923. Gillette removed the Victorian porch and embellished the house with Georgian details thus evoking a New England colonial house. Several rooms were added in 1926. A walled garden was built along the southern side of the house.; Photograph of front of house. House still has original front porch.
