- 417 W. Grace Street Richmond, Virginia 37º32'50" N, 77º26'49" W Opened 30 June 2018 to long lines. The previous occupant of this site was Alero Mexican Restaurant and before that Kanoa Latin Cuisine, both owned by the same person. Speculations: I would guess that this single-story building was added to the home behind it sometime in the 20th century. The first decades of the 20th century list family names for this address, as if it were a home. In 1950 this is the address of Bob & Eddie's Grill, with 417A–which might be the home behind–being the address of one Margaret Branch. Perhaps the origin of Bob & Eddie's is related to the growth of the nearby Richmond Professional Institute, which would later merge into Virginia Commonwealth University.
