- 934 W. Grace Street Richmond, Virginia 37º33'2" N, 77º27'10" W VCU bought this building in the 1990s and, as the Grace Street Theater, uses it for films and performing arts. The building opened on 13 October 1935 as the Lee Theater, generally showing second-run movies. By 1950 it was operated by the Fabian Theaters chain but couldn't survive showing art and foreign films. In 1962 it was renamed Lee Art Theater and showed adult films until it closed in 1993.
