The city re-surfaced two streets last week, paving AROUND parked cars. This is what happens when you hire family and friends to run a city. Hizzoner Jones is laughing all the way to the bank, not far behind Louis Salomonsky. Let us hope his protege Michelle Mosby is more on the ball. I ride my bike to work; there are no shortage of tow trucks waiting to tow people away from no parking zones on days they sweep the streets. This is absolutely pathetic.
