- Black and white photograph showing a view along N. 10th Street between Clay and Marshall Streets in the Court End area of Richmond, Virginia; view looking east at the side of the Virginia Mechanics Institute building; rear of Valentine Museum at left. __The donor and photographer was trying to recreate views from a facsimile reprint of "Illustrated Guide to Richmond, The Confederate Capital" from the City Intelligencer of 1862.
