The cornice is preserved as is the small wooden porch which shows slight Eastlake characteristics. Original Note \(transcribed from book\): St. James Street - This small street derives its character from the Addolph Dill house. Dill's house, orginally erected in the middle of Foushee Street, makes through traffic impossible. St. James is a narrow residential street enclosed by the large mass of the Dill house.
