Architectural Style: Greek Revival Original Description \(transcribed from book\): The oldest of this group of four Greek Revival houses, it has a simple porch with squared off columns. It is identical in general arrangement to its neighbors. It was once the home of the Millheiser family who were brewers. Original Note \(transcribed from book\): The 00 Block of West Clay Street contains the finest collection of stepped gabled Greek Revival houses in the City. It was originally owned by Addolph Dill, a prosperous baker. Dill began the development of this street as a high quality residential area, a character which has largely been maintained.
