I believe this image is mirrored. Houses of Old Richmond places this house at 408 N 12th; the house there in the 1925 Sanborn has the entrance on the left hand side.

Aug 27, 2026 5:38 PMIt is also possible that this is not the Kinniard House -- there seems to be a building on the right, but this house was a corner lot.
