Building, in beauty of its architectural features and completeness of its equipment, is without doubt one of the finest Association buildings in the U.S. Cost, fully completed and equipped, about $300,000 of this amount over $200,000 was subscribed by the citizens of Richmond in an enthusiastic campaign limited to 15 days, thus establishing a 'world's record.' Contains 93 sleeping apartments, with hot and cold water in each; also bowling alleys, billiard and pool rooms, natatorium 20x60; gymnasium 48x98; barber-shop; lunch-room, etc. Note: Beautiful and Historical Richmond, Va.
