It contains the imposing monument dedicated to the Soldiers and Sailors, who died in the Civil War, which was unveiled May 30, 1894. A beautiful view of the historic James River, may be obtained from the summit of the park. Postmarked: 1916 City/Location: Richmond (Va.)
