Marshall Street, in Jackson Ward, Richmond, Virginia; this company had two pieces of equipment, a hose wagon (to carry equipment and hose) and steam pumper (to pump water from fire hydrant); verso has partial black and white photographic print of a young woman and legs of a toddler.
