- Mounted black and white photographic print of horse-drawn fire engine (steamer) with large pump and hoses at side; one horse; man in driver's seat, and man standing on rear of wagon; fire station and fence in background at 306 N. 25th and Broad Streets, in Church Hill, Richmond, Virginia; this company had three pieces of equipment, a hose wagon (to carry equipment and hose), a steam pumper (to pump water from fire hydrant), and a "chemical engine" (carried two tanks filled with soda and acid which functioned as large fire extinguishers).
