Not Libby Prison, but a building that looks like it. According to this article the King Ice facility was at 1811 E Cary. The buildings in the 1886 Sanborn match this photo.

Looks like party of Libby Prison to the middle left. King's Ice is labeled on the building to the close right. As the Sanborns have 17th and Dock labeled as an ice business, I'm putting this there.
