The houses in this area on the 1925 Sanborn match up with those on Westhampton (Cary), and the key map of the Sanborn volume has the 3.5 mile distance from Capitol just beyond that page to the west.
Looking at the mailbox in the picture, it seems that wagon is right in front of what was 3800 Westhampton (W Cary), just out of frame to the right.
