Glass plate negative showing the Richmond Howitzers monument in the "pocket" park at the intersection of Park Avenue, Grove Avenue and Harrison Street in the Fan District of Richmond, Virginia; monument of soldier holding a cannon ramrod on low base; sculpted by William Ludwell Sheppard to commemorate the Howitzers service during the Civil War; erected by the Howitzer Association in 1892.
