500 block of East Broad St., Sept. 1911, Cook photograph, The Valentine. You can see the Miller & Rhoads building behind the trolley. This is a smaller portion of larger image which gives a great view of what a street car trolley looked like in the early 1910s. I dated the image by looking in Newspapers.com for the sale that is advertised on the front-mounted safety grate. The ad in the newspaper matched the ad on the trolley.
