A couple clues justify this pin, even though the final building looks a bit different than this sketch.

  1. #192 and #6310 both show the actual Fire Alarm House that was added to Monroe Park.
  2. https://www.hmdb.org/m.asp?m=267305 says "In 1923 the City built a signal station for police and fire alarms within the park at the intersection of Belvidere and Franklin streets." which jives with the timeline of this sketch and the following

I also meant to include the statue in the back left of the image could very well correspond to https://yesterdays.maprva.org/subjects/statue-of-joseph-bryan/ which would be visible in the background of the Monroe Park building
