Notes:

I believe this photo is facing West. The tallest building in the background look to be "The Westover" building (now home of Vasen/Kobop, former Cafe Zata). In the photo, there is a metal frame structure next to the vertical sign that says "bicy". This structure appears to be extant on top of Carpet Cuts ~5013 Westover Hills Boulevard: https://www.google.com/maps/@37.5217006,-77.4895025,3a,41.7y,335.62h,93.54t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sIQ6Vdpwak4ScaQVofy2rUw!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fcb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile%26w%3D900%26h%3D600%26pitch%3D-3.541574454971112%26panoid%3DIQ6Vdpwak4ScaQVofy2rUw%26yaw%3D335.622881733338!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDkyMC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D
